Award amount:  $150.00

Eligibility: Current ARLIS/MW member living in the Mountain West Region including Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.

To apply, please submit:

1.      A letter of application (one page maximum) including a description of your interest and expectations of the annual conference and its relevance to your professional development.

2.      A one page resume listing employment history, educational background, and professional activities.  Include your preferred mailing address, telephone number, FAX number, and e-mail address.

Deadline for applications: Postmarked by September 1, 1999.

Successful applicant will be notified at least 6 weeks prior to the conference.

Winner must confirm in writing that s/he will be attending the annual conference.  A post conference report may be requested.
